Lay’s career began in 1997 providing audit and assurance services to the public sector.  

Lay joined HLB Mann Judd in 2000.  She then spent a couple of years in London before rejoining the firm in 2007.  Lay now provides financial reporting, taxation compliance and business advisory services to a variety of clients.
